For years Executive Construction Inc. has brought extensive expertise and effective results to a wide range of commercial and institutional general contracting and construction management assignments. ECI’s projects, comprising more than 60 million square feet since the firm’s inception in 1974, range from $10,000 to $40 million in construction costs. The firm has averaged over $120 million in revenue over the last 4 years including $165 million in 2011.

Providing a comprehensive scope of services, the Chicagoland-based firm concentrates on interior buildouts, renovations, new construction, data centers, healthcare and institutional facilities. To ensure quality standards, project costs and schedules, the firm self-performs a range of work, including demolition, drywall, ceilings, carpentry and flooring.
