60,000-sf phased data hall addition to the CHI02 data center. Phase 1 consists of approximately 20,000-sf of white space on 36” raised access flooring. Day 1 capacity is 3MW, with an additional future phase to increase to 6MW. The electrical yard consists of (4) 1750 kW generators; (4) EMODs, and (13) gear / transformer units with concrete slab-on-grade. A new dunnage steel platform installed on the roof includes a screen wall to enclose HVAC cooling equipment.
