30,000-sf enterprise data center comprised of 10,000 sf of white space and 20,000 sf of support offices, conferencing, and loading docks. The project also includes a 48” raised floor; and a 2MW critical power configuration fed from a dedicated 138KV substation with OH Starline busway system. Critical design-build systems include mechanical, BAS, fire protection / VESDA detection, electrical, low voltage, and security.
