Wabash includes significant demolition and abatement; infrastructure upgrades; restoration of 27 floors; lobby renovation; and amenity spaces that include new conference and training spaces; tenant lounge; and fitness center improvements. This also featured a new daycare facility with classrooms; a dedicated elevator and egress stairwell; and an exterior steel terrace with outdoor play area.
