ONE PIERCE PLACE AND 500 PARK BOULEVARD

Building upgrades to both 500 Park and One Pierce Place office buildings includes approximately 50,000-sf of upgrades across both building on multiple floors. The project features new entrances at both locations with lobby refresh; a new elevator at 500 Park; a 3,000-sf conference center at One Pierce Place; new amenity / lounge at each building; and a new outdoor patio at 500 Park.

 

4201 WINFIELD ROAD

20,000-sf renovation of the deli, café, fitness center, locker rooms, and conference centers; along with upgrades to the existing lobby / elevator finishes. This project also includes renovation of nine building core restrooms to match the new design and tenant finishes on floors 1-5.

 

161 N. CLARK

11,000-sf renovation of Amenity and Conference Center at 161 N. Clark; a 3,200-sf roof deck includes tear-off and installation of new paver system and operable curtainwall. Amenity space includes high-end finishes and extensive audio visual systems. Also includes lobby renovation, corridor and building restrooms.

 

425 S. FINANCIAL

Main lobby renovation at 440 S. LaSalle Street includes new curtainwall entrance, revolving doors, and automatic glass doors. Also includes an amenity center with a new exterior balcony that features a new 25,000-sf full-service kitchen; food service and dining area; bar / lounge; kitchen exhaust hoods and black iron duct; a ventless gas fireplace; and two reception desks.
