Clear processes lead to successful… new construction builds! Last week, we rolled out the turf at Timothy Christian School’s new track and field! With construction moving quickly, we’re glad the Board of Directors and Superintendent had the opportunity to tour the progress this past week as we inch closer to their September Grand Opening Celebration. We appreciate our continued partnership with TCS, and can’t wait for the unveil of their new Trojan Stadium!

You never know where our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team will show up; this time a laser scan on Michigan Avenue!

Clear operational processes lead to successful outcomes—utilizing laser scanning services early-on results in enhanced collaboration, coordination, and a next-level approach for our design partners. We have in-house expertise that can make it happen!

Thanks to our friends in the mission critical space, we raised over $2,500 for Share Our Spare, an organization that provides children in need the basics they need to thrive. Our Foundation ‘Ambassadors of Fun’ braved the heat at Monday’s AFCOM golf outing to join Electrical Energy Experts on the Ball Launch hole to FUN-draise for this non-profit making a difference in our community. Thanks to Golf Invite, Inc., and Launch Specialist Dan, for the support and laughs!

We were humbled to assist a special young lady with a very important delivery. Delaney, a recent cancer survivor herself, started a “passion project” to raise funds for care packages to comfort fellow kids battling cancer at a local children’s hospital. With an initial goal of $250, she raised nearly $32,000 and was able to facilitate the donation and bring joy to so many young kids in need. It just goes to show that with a #bringiton attitude like Delaney’s, nothing’s impossible!  

Great careers are built together! Our 2022 #internship program is underway, and this class has already gotten their hands dirty during our Tool Day! From mixing and pouring concrete; building scaffolding towers and cutting metal studs; and (safely) shooting off fire extinguishers, it was a fun and educational start to a summer packed with experiences!

A great general contractor is not a commodity. We’re humbled to be honored by our peers and partners with Interior Contractor of the Year for Greater Chicago Food Depository’s 34th Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards!

Safety is in our DNA. For the second year in a row, Executive Construction is humbled to receive a Safety Recognition Award from NWIBRT for keeping Safety First on our Digital Crossroad Data Center jobsite in Hammond, IN!

Over the weekend, our Executive Construction team participated in the 12th Annual Elim Eagles’ Wings 5K, both in-person and virtually from neighborhoods near and far! We enjoyed supporting Elim Christian Services and connecting with the community! It’s not impossible; bring it on!

Congratulations to Convene on the grand opening of their #WillisTower Meets space! We had a fantastic time at the opening event last week, and are excited for folks to enjoy the collaborative and energetic space as events pick back up in Chicago!

Congratulations to United Airlines on opening their new Amenity Hub in Chicago’s iconic Willis Tower! The celebration was led by their executive team, and City of Chicago Mayor, Lori Lightfoot! It was a pleasure to collaborate on this dynamic and rewarding space with EQ Office, JLL, Gensler, ESD, Simpson Gumpertz & Heger, TDsi, and Cini-Little.
