Chad leads overall operational performance of core market teams and management of internal processes. His leadership on many of our most notable and challenging building engagements helped develop our collaborative approach and operational excellence.

Mark champions our strategic growth in collaboration with market leaders. His portfolio includes our firm’s significant interior buildouts in the past five years, including the headquarters relocations of McDonald’s Corporation, Uber, and Zurich North America.

Natalie Dienethal

Controller

Natalie’s responsibilities as Controller include oversight of all general ledger accounts and activity. Supporting the Chief Financial Officer, and leading the accounting team, Natalie serves as a key contact to our outside financial and trade partners.

John sets our technology infrastructure strategies and manages IT operations. His broad knowledge of software and hardware supports our teams’ ability to efficiently communicate and collaborate with clients and partners, bringing value to each engagement.

Glenn’s responsibilities include leadership of risk management, financial reporting, forecasting, and treasury functions. A firm principal since 2014, he oversees the accounting, information technology, and human resources teams.

Beyond his safety and field training leadership, Lee collaborates on projects’ logistics planning and controls to ensure a successful, safe delivery and collaborative atmosphere where each team member feels a part of something special.

Michael Olson

Michael has primary responsibility for sales and oversight of work with our interiors clients. A contributor to firm progression, he also leads management of our unique control systems, designed to minimize risk and maximize efficiencies.

Dan’s eye for detail, MEP knowledge, and 20+ years of experience—with specialty in mission critical spaces such as trading floors and data centers—ensures thorough project delivery. His role in our talent development program brings insights to emerging professionals.

Dave leads efforts in both the new construction and mission critical markets. In recent years, he’s been a leader on the firm’s most notable mission critical engagements, building data center space in Chicagoland and around the country.

A nearly 20-year industry veteran, Josh utilizes his building systems expertise to lead our self-performance (SPE) group. He supports our project management teams with competitive bid pricing and manages our carpenter and laborer forces.

Reed leads our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services. He supports facility owners, clients, design partners, and teams to strategically integrate technology throughout the lifecycle of capital projects, including 3D laser scanning and scan-to-BIM services.

Safety Director

Mike collaborates with field leaders to safely deliver each build. He ensures all federal, state, and local laws and code regulations are observed. Mike also leads our safety training program—from onsite orientations to all-hands education seminars.
