Construction Safety Week 2024! This year’s theme is “Value Every Voice,” and we’re placing a special focus on this principle as it’s fundamental to our ongoing safety initiative, Journey to Zero. A catalyst for building a Safe Work Culture, we recognize the vital role that empowering and educating team members plays in the collective effort of maintaining a safe environment.

Whether it’s through suggestions for improvement, sharing concerns, or actively participating in safety trainings, every voice matters. We’re excited to  highlight the different ways to value every voice on and off the jobsite.
