Project Highlights at the Reid Murdoch Building

We have been busy at The Reid Murdoch Building (325 N. LaSalle) and are just getting started!

Our team recently completed Suite 325 with Friedman Properties and geniant, a stunning tenant-ready space in this historic building in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Step into a sleek reception area, modern conference rooms, and an open office that has a panoramic river view!

But that’s just the start. As the trusted build partner with Friedman Properties, we’re excited to collaborate with NORR to transform the building amenities, lobby, fitness center, and lounge spaces as these spaces are re-imagined for current and future tenants! We celebrated the groundbreaking of The Haven on Lincoln, a project that will bring vital transitional housing and support services to the Chicagoland community. This 15,000-sf center in Lincoln Square is set to tackle challenges like health, mental health, and homelessness, offering residents the resources they need to build stronger, more productive futures.

Set to open in early 2025, we’re proud to be part of this transformative effort. As Mayor Brandon Johnson put it, “It’s going to improve life expectancy by providing them with the tools that they need to be successful and have productive lives.”
