Volunteer Day at the Special Olympics Illinois Spring Games
May 14, 2025
Heart, hustle, and high-energy teamwork—our team had the privilege of volunteering at the Special Olympics Illinois Spring Games, and it was nothing short of inspiring!
From the long jump to the shot put to the high-energy relays, we cheered on incredible athletes who gave it their all with unmatched determination and sportsmanship. Every race, every throw, every smile reminded us why these games matter.
We’re proud to support the Special Olympics mission to empower children and adults with intellectual disabilities through the power of sport—and we’re already looking forward to next year!
On your mark, get set…race! Our team had an incredible time at the Elim Christian Services Eagles’ Wings 5K—an incredible event dedicated to raise funds and fuel their purpose, providing educational, vocational, and therapeutic services to individuals with disabilities.
Grateful for our continued partnership with Elim, and to support their mission. We look forward to next year!
Our Director of People and Culture, Bryan Morris, was recognized by Purdue Polytechnic Institute as one of nine recipients of the Outstanding Technology Alumni Award—an honor that highlights the impact of alumni making a difference in their industries and communities.
As Dean Daniel Castro shared with this year’s honorees, “Your accomplishments are a crucial reason that we are able to build and transform our college to best fit the needs of our current and future students… Ever Grateful, Ever True.”
We’re proud to celebrate Bryan’s continued commitment to people, progress, and purpose—both at Executive and beyond.
Construction Safety Week continues with stand-downs across our jobsites—a reminder that delivering safe, first-class projects takes every one of us. From leadership to the field, we’re All In Together—because safety isn’t just a goal, it’s a mindset.
Our Journey to Zero is built on three key pillars: ✔️Collaboration: We align early and often with trusted trade partners who share our high standards for safety. ✔️ Commitment: Every voice matters. We speak up, take ownership, and drive improvement together. ✔️ Coaching: Through mentorship and open dialogue, we strengthen our teams so everyone returns home safe.
With the strength of our people—and our partners—we’re building a safer future, one project at a time.
Teeing Off in support of Illinois State’s Construction Management Program!
April 28, 2025
We had a great time teeing off in support of Illinois State University’s Construction Management program at their annual Golf Outing!
It was a fantastic day on the course connecting with fellow Redbirds and helping drive future opportunities for the next generation of construction professionals. Thanks to ISU for hosting such a great event—we’re already looking forward to next year!
We are humbled—and absolutely thrilled—to be named Interior Contractor of the Year at the 37th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards, hosted by the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
This recognition is a reflection of the excellence we pursue together—with team members, partners, and clients who all go above and beyond to bring bold ideas to life. It’s not just about the spaces we build—it’s about the camaraderie, the shared vision, and the collective commitment to raising the bar at every turn.
We’re proud to be part of a community that’s shaping the future of our industry—and grateful for the opportunity to do it side by side with people who inspire us every day.
🏗️Project Update! Precast panel installation is in full swing at EdgeConneX’s CHI03 Data Center, forming the critical exterior shell that will support the infrastructure within.
Every panel brings us closer to delivering a secure, high-performance environment built to power EdgeConneX’s operations and their customers’ evolving needs.
Appreciation to Burr Computer Environments, INC and EdgeConneX for their trusted partnership driving this next-generation facility forward.
Fueling our passion with hands-on experiences together! Our Accounting and Marketing teams stepped out of the office and onto The Haven on Lincoln jobsite in Lincoln Square—where a future 15,000-SF center will provide transitional housing and essential support services to help Chicago residents build stronger futures.
From seeing the early stages of construction to learning about the logistics behind bringing this space to life, this group made the most of the day—gaining new insights, connecting, and experiencing the project firsthand.
A huge thank you to Alex Lazarz, Sean Hogan, and Brad Bartlett for leading the tour and sharing their expertise!
