Construction of a 250,000-sf multi-tenant data center facility; renovation and hardening of an existing industrial building; and extensive site work on this 21-acre brownfield site. The core-and-shell work included the replacement of all roofing; building lightning protection and grounding system; new EIFS finish on exterior cavity wall; and extensive power and fiber concrete duct banks.
