28,700-sf collaborative tenant buildout includes reception, private offices, open office workstations, team rooms, huddle spaces, conference rooms, coffee bar, break rooms, MDF/IDF rooms; and support spaces. This new space allows Vitality to expand occupancy up to 200 staff members.

We coordinated closely with the base-building contractor who was completing corridor and restroom renovations concurrently with the Vitality buildout.
