The 40,000-sf Hamburger University training center on the 2nd floor features sensory labs, mock dining areas, and classrooms—all designed to be experiential and support interactive learning. The 3rd floor Conference Center offers 7 divided meeting spaces, each with a 3 x 3 “wall” of monitors, and a “town-hall” meeting area with stadium seating for staff meetings and presentations. This impressive project also includes 35,000-sf of QA/QC laboratories and test kitchens; and a 10,000-sf sound and recording studio. The 7th floor atrium looks out onto the event space that features floor-to-ceiling windows and an open, grand monument stair. The top floor includes an executive boardroom, multiple conference areas, private offices with glass fronts, huddle spaces, and a rooftop deck.
