The conversion of the existing unpowered data hall into a ‘make-ready’ space for future tenants. This includes new construction of a 13,000-sf office building, and the 36,000-sf buildout of 9MW powered white space with structural steel to support a structural ceiling grid.
Placement of all critical systems—2 medium voltage generators; 1 low voltage generator; 5 medium voltage step-down transformers; 6 UPS units; 18 PDUs; and 17 SyCool units—round out this fully-powered white box.
