Renovation of an existing 130,000-sf warehouse into a 28 MW single-tenant data center with 100,000 sf of raised floor; (18) 2.5 MW generators; and (187) Liebert DSE 40-ton CRAC Units. This complex build includes all site work, new roofing, 30,000 sf of support offices, and extensive structural steel reinforcing of the existing structure.
